Sources: Knicks to Workout Aaron Holiday
The Knicks have a workout scheduled with UCLA point guard Aaron Holiday, per ESPN sources. The workout is expected to take place close to draft night, sources say. Holiday, the younger brother of Jrue and Justin Holiday, was a prolific scorer last season as a Bruin. The idea that the Knicks would like to work Holiday out close to the draft is an indication that they’d really like to get a first-hand look at him. The guard, who averaged 20.3 points and 5.8 assists last season, is currently projected as the 19th pick in ESPN’s latest mock draft. The Knicks, who have the 9th pick, have already worked out point guards Trae Young and Collin Sexton.
