Kemba Walker has been on the Charlotte Hornets his entire NBA career since they selected him with the No. 9 overall pick in the 2011 draft, but he will reportedly have multiple suitors in free agency this offseason.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski revealed on the network’s mock draft special that the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks and New York Knicks are among the teams that will be “very interested” in the Connecticut product should he end up leaving Charlotte as an unrestricted free agent.
Report: D’Angelo Russell Out Two Weeks with Right Thumb Sprain
Warriors guard D’Angelo Russell, who suffered a sprained right thumb during last night’s game against the Boston Celtics at Chase Center, underwent an MRI last night. The MRI confirmed the sprain. Russell will be re-evaluated in two (2) weeks and will not travel with the team on its upcoming four-game road trip to New Orleans, Memphis, Dallas and Utah.

Report: Kevin Huerter Out Two Weeks with Left Rotator Cuff Strain
Atlanta Hawks guard Kevin Huerter underwent a medical examination and an assessment of his MRI today at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex in Atlanta. He has been diagnosed with a left rotator cuff strain with an associated shoulder capsule strain. He will enter a period of rehabilitation and treatment, and will be re-examined in two weeks.
