With the standings ties broken, there is a better sense of who may pick where in the 2016 NBA Draft, all the way through the second round.
There is some unfinished business with the NBA Draft Lottery, which will be held on Tuesday, May 17. Until that happens all picks displayed are reflective of where they are today, not where they may end up after the lottery.
