Rockets 120, Knicks 96

NEW YORK — Houston’s entire starting lineup scored in double figures in a win over New York at Madison Square Garden.

Guard James Harden, the league’s leading scorer, paced the Rockets (25-11) with 25 points. Forward Trevor Ariza dropped in 18 points, point guard Patrick Beverley scored 14, center Dwight Howard tossed in 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and forward Donatas Motiejunas added 12 points.

Houston shot a season-best 53.2 percent from the floor, while registering its highest point total of the season.

The Knicks (5-34) dropped their 14th straight game and 24th in the last 25. Their last win was December 12, a 101-95 win at Boston. None of the Knicks starters scored in double figures.
