The schedule for the 2014 ACC-Big Ten Challenge was announced Thursday with the headline attraction matching Duke against Wisconsin.

The Dec, 3 game in Madison, Wis., will likely pair teams that will begin next season in the top five of the polls, the favorites to win their conference titles and national championship contenders. Wisconsin, which reached the Final Four last month, returns most of its players from that team.

Other matchups include Syracuse at Michigan in a 2013 Final Four rematch, Ohio State at first-year ACC member Louisville, Iowa at North Carolina, Pittsburgh at Indiana and Michigan State at Notre Dame.

Maryland, which begins its first season in the Big Ten this summer, will face longtime ACC rival Virginia in College Park, Md.

The ACC leads the series 10-3-2, but the Big Ten is 3-0-2 in the past five years. The last two years have resulted in a tie.

Nebraska at Florida State

Rutgers at Clemson

NC State at Purdue
