New Jersey has also been a major NBA talent pipeline in recent years on the high school circuit and the next in line is definitely 6’3 guard Isaiah Briscoe. It seems like every major college program in the country has offered Briscoe despite having a year left to ball in high school. There’s a good reason for this, as Briscoe seems to do everything you want from a guard on the court and is always able to standout even against fellow elite talent.
