The Hornets and Lakers couldn’t wait to see their new toys in their colors. Both Noah Vonleh and Julius Randle already look like natural fits for the Hornets and Lakers, respectively. Randle must be feeling pretty awesome to be playing next to his childhood idol Kobe Bryant.

In one of the most heartwarming moments of the NBA Draft, Commissioner Adam Silver took a moment to honor and “draft” former Baylor forward Isaiah Austin as he sadly has to give up his basketball career after being diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome. Glad to see Austin get a moment to shake hands with the commissioner after all his hard work.

Hawks draftee Adreian Payne was very swagged out for the night as he honored one his biggest fans and best friends eight-year-old Lacey Holsworth who passed away from cancer this year. We love the pink and the bow tie, Adreian, way to keep it classy.
