The Funny, Stupid Thing of the Day

NBA players deserve to have fun with their teammates, even in the middle of an interview. Check out some of the best video bombs from the regular season.

Dunk of the Night

The Raptors brought their playoff series with the Nets to a straight tie after dropping Game 1 at home. The biggest reason for the win? The Raptors got their All-Star guard DeMar DeRozan going. DeMar kept it strong all night including this thunderous slam right on Nets center Mason Plumlee’s head.

YouTube of the Night

Get to know possibly the best junior in high school right now in forward Ivan Rabb. The 6’9” beast from Oakland possesses some serious talent and athleticism. What caught our eye more than his furious dunks and hops is his passing ability as he pulls off some pretty sweet dishes for a kid his size and age. Rabb hasn’t chosen a college yet, but we’re sure the heavy-hitters will be showing up at his door real soon for his services.

Rejection of the Night

Nope. No dunk for you, Udonis Haslem. Bobcats guard Gerald Henderson caught the HEAT forward off guard by getting up and swatting this slam away.

The national champion UConn team got a warm welcome after being invited to one of the best rivalries in all of sports in the Yankees versus Red Sox. The man who lead them there got the ultimate honor of throwing out the first pitch. Nice to see Shabazz Napier show some real giddiness and his arm strength in a special moment of celebration for him and his team.

Swag of the Night

There’s not a whole lot of men with more swag than Lakers guard Nick “Swaggy P” Young. Nick caught the Los Angeles Kings hockey game last night and sported his own custom hockey jersey.

Circus Shot of the Night

This might be pure luck, but Amir Johnson and the Raptors will take it with a smile. Not a lot of 6’10” power forwards would be able to pull of this spinning, backwards flip and it goes down.

Kicks of the Day

Nothing like a classic. Nuggets guard Nate Robinson sports some clean, white Jordan 3’s that we all would love to have in our closet.
