The Memphis Grizzlies agreed to a deal to acquire Orlando Magic guard Luke Ridnour, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
The Grizzlies will send the Magic the rights to 2013 second-round pick Janis Timma, a 6-foot-7 Latvian swingman. Timma is 22 and plays in Europe.
Ridnour’s $2.75 million contract for the 2015-16 season is not guaranteed if he’s waived before July 10.
