Thibodeau Concerned Bulls Not Working Smart
The second unit is still finding its way, and (Tom) Thibodeau warned that group, as well as the team as a whole.
“Obviously, you want to win a lot more than you want to lose, but I am very concerned about whether we’re making the necessary preparations to win,’’ Thibodeau said. “Whether you’re putting the work in that’s necessary to win. You’re not going to rest your way to success. You’ve got to get sharp, and you’ve got to get sharp fast.’’
Asked if he felt certain players were skipping steps, Thibodeau said, “Decisions on who is going to play are going to be based on performance, and if your game is not sharp, I’m going to the next guy. So that’s the way it’s going to be. . . . For everyone. Not just the rookies. Everyone.’’
