Rookie Dragan Bender has played sparingly but he keeps coming up as part of the team’s best stretches.

“I love Dragan,” Watson said. “I always want to try to find a way to get him into the game. I think Dragan is going to have amazing opportunities moving forward. We understand he’s a big part of our future as a cornerstone. But the NBA is not just as easy as playing guys you like. There’s a lot of things that go into it.”

Sources: Guard Yogi Ferrell has changed course on Dallas Mavericks deal in order to reenter free agency. “We felt uncomfortable and will weigh our options,” agent Cervando Tejeda said.


Yogi Ferrell and the Sacramento Kings have come to terms on a deal, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.


Yogi Ferrell’s new Kings contract will be for two years and $6.2M, league sources said.
