“It’s unlikely he’ll start his suspension tonight,” (Mavs Coach Rick Carlisle) he said. “Not impossible, but unlikely.”

Felton still is recovering from a high right ankle sprain suffered in the preseason. As soon as he is declared healthy enough to play, he will start the suspension for his weapons charge in New York last season.
