Devin Harris will make his long-awaited debut tonight for the Dallas Mavericks.

A 10-year veteran guard, Harris has been out the entire season after undergoing surgery in August on his left foot. Coach Rick Carlisle didn’t say if Harris would be on a minutes restriction when the Mavs host Portland tonight at 7:30 at American Airlines Center.
