The Philadelphia 76ers promoted Jake Reynolds to vice president of ticket sales and service, the team announced Monday.

Reynolds is responsible for sales and service of full season tickets, partial plans and group sales. He reports directly to chief revenue officer Chris Heck.

“As an organization that prides itself on providing opportunities for young, super-star talent in this business, this is the right time for Jake to lead our elite, growing sales team,” Heck said in a statement. “This coming offseason is full of potential and expectations, and Jake has proven himself to be the kind of dedicated, innovative and inspiring executive that can rise to the challenge. Our team will be well-served by his proven track record of success, strong interpersonal skills and unmatched will to win.”

Reynolds most recently served as the team’s senior director of sales for a year after spending three seasons as director of inside sales for Monumental Sports and Entertainment in Washington, D.C.

Reynolds oversaw the hiring and development of a 22-person team responsible for selling VIP, group and full- and partial-season tickets for the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Washington Mystics and Georgetown men’s basketball.

Prior to that, Reynolds spent two seasons with the New York Giants and Giants Stadium, LLC.

Reynolds began his career with the Indiana Pacers as an account executive and later as sales consultant.
