Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin underwent a second procedure on his broken right hand this week, sources told ESPN. The procedure was related to the surgery Griffin had on his hand last week, after he suffered a spiral fracture of the fourth metacarpal in his right hand during a Jan. 23 altercation with Clippers equipment manager Matias Testi.

The procedure is not considered a setback, and sources said the initial time frame of four to six weeks for Griffin remains in place for now.
