Chris Paul To Undergo Surgery; Out Six-to-Eight Weeks

The L.A. Clippers announced today that guard Chris Paul will undergo surgery on Wednesday, Jan. 18 to repair a torn ligament in his left thumb. Paul is expected to miss approximately six-to-eight weeks.
Paul sustained the injury during the club’s 120-98 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night.
The Clippers have been playing without All-Star power forward Blake Griffin, who has been out of the lineup since December 18.
