Chris Paul: ‘We’re trying to find ourselves’
After an embarrassingly one-sided loss to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, Clippers players tried to talk things out during a 15-minute meeting in the locker room.
“I didn’t say much. I just let them blow smoke up each other’s (rear ends),” the Clippers coach (Doc Rivers) said.
Chris Paul said the same thing.
“It’s no secret. We’re trying to find ourselves right now,” he said. “And, we’re trying to win. You have to do that when you’re in the West. But, it’s no secret we’re not playing the right way. We’ve got to play better.”
(Said J.J. Redick:) The way we’re playing right now, we’re not going to win 50 games. We’ve got to get things right.”
