San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker left Monday night’s 97-96 win over the Milwaukee Bucks with an apparent knee injury that coach Gregg Popovich said could keep him out for an extended period.

Parker, 34, had started after missing the previous two games with a thigh contusion.
