Knicks’ Lee, Noah Away from Team with Injuries, Sickness

[Knicks] Starting center, Joakim Noah, didn’t practice, still bothered by a bum hamstring and starting shooting guard, Courtney Lee, is sick as a dog and not back from the break.

Coach Jeff Hornacek, said he expected Noah to miss a sixth straight game with his hamstring injury Thursday when the Knicks visit Cleveland [and Courtney Lee] “was so sick today he couldn’t get on his flight so hopefully he gets on a flight early enough [Wednesday] to make a practice beforehand,” Hornacek said.
