According to sources familiar with the situation, Nate Robinson is on his way to China for a workout with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers. Traditionally, when a team flies a player out for an individual workout it means they are in the final stages of signing the player to a contract.
The last time Nate Robinson appeared in an NBA game was on October 28, 2015, where he played four minutes for the New Orleans Pelicans in a 112-94 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.
