Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons sprained his right ankle Monday in the fourth quarter of the team’s 113-91 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers and did not return.

X-rays taken after the game were negative, and he will be reevaluated by 76ers team doctors on Tuesday.
