Bulls’ Rajon Rondo Ruled Out for Game 6

The Bulls say Rajon Rondo is out for Friday night’s Game 6 against the Boston Celtics as he continues to recover from a fractured right thumb and a torn ligament in his right wrist.
Coach Fred Hoiberg, whose Chicago team has lost all three games since Rondo suffered the injury in Game 2, had said earlier Thursday that the point guard was a long shot to return to the first-round series.
