Cunningham Admires Sixers’ Rebuilding Plan

Billy Cunningham doesn’t know the 76ers’ general manager, Sam Hinkie, other than to have a casual conversation.

But the former Sixers great admires the architect of the Sixers’ long-term rebuilding approach.

“I tell you what, I tip my hat that they have the fortitude to try it,” Cunningham said. “I don’t think I would have had the fortitude to try it.”
