Markelle Fultz used the “p” word again Saturday — as in “playoffs.” “I think we’re going to get back to the playoffs this year,” Fultz said.

Fultz, the No. 1 overall pick in June’s NBA Draft, was joined by teammate Robert Covington during Saturday’s third and final day of the Sixers’ Summer Shore Tour in Stone Harbor. Fultz said Saturday that he’s “100 percent” in the wake of suffering a lateral left ankle sprain in the Sixers’ July 8 NBA Summer League opener in Las Vegas.
