Sixers trade Jahlil Okafor to Nets for Trevor Booker

The Philadelphia 76ers have traded Jahlil Okafor, Nik Stauskas and a second round pick to the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for Trevor Booker. Each of the teams have acknowledged and announced the trade, which was first reported by ESPN’s Zach Lowe.
Philly will send Okafor, Nik Stauskas, and a second-round pick to Brooklyn for Trevor Booker, sources say.

Shortly after Lowe broke the news, Booker tweeted out a farewell to the Nets, somewhat confirming that his tenure in Brooklyn has come to an end.

Booker’s $9 million was set to expire at the end of the season. The Nets also waived guard Sean Kilpatrick.
