No Rookie-Deal Extension for Sixers’ Tony Wroten?

All signs point to the Sixers not offering (Tony) Wroten a rookie-deal extension prior to Monday’s early deadline. As a result, it appears the 22-year-old will become an restricted free agent in the summer. He would, however, become unrestricted if the Sixers don’t extend the $3.2 million qualifying offer by June 30 he’s in line to make.
