Okafor Says ‘I Own My Choices’ After Incidents

Philadelphia 76ers rookie Jahlil Okafor took to Twitter on Sunday to say, “I own my choices,” and added that he “doesn’t want to be a distraction for my team” going forward. His tweets come after he was stopped by police on the Ben Franklin Bridge about three weeks ago for driving 108 mph.
The reported speeding incident is not Okafor’s only run-in this season. Boston police announced this weekend that a man filed a report claiming that he was the victim in a fight with Okafor outside a nightclub early Thursday morning.
