Sixers Set to Make History with Starting Record
Sometime Wednesday night, the 2009-10 Nets either will share a dubious spot in the NBA record book or continue to occupy it all by themselves.
And that’s the slot reserved for “Lousiest Team Start in NBA History.”
The current band of 76ers can tie those woeful Nets by running their futility to 0-18 with a loss at Minnesota — and then the Sixers can own the thankless record by themselves by losing at home against the Thunder on Friday.
