Sixers’ Tony Wroten Out with Ankle Injury
Second-year pro Tony Wroten (12 points) suffered a sprained ankle from stepping on Iman Shumpert’s foot on a drive to the basket midway through the fourth quarter. He had to be helped to the locker room.
X-rays of the ankle proved negative. Wroten didn’t accompany the team on their charter flight to Chicago.
