NBA Draft Prospects
2015 NBA Draft: Stanley Johnson
Basketball Insiders’ scouting report of Stanley Johnson.
Stanley Johnson – 6’8, 243 lbs. Small Forward (Arizona, Fr.)
Strengths: A strong, bruising player who is physically ready for the NBA. Loves to play, and he is always in the gym. Athletic. Capable shooter out to beyond the arc. A proud defender who can guard multiple positions and is always up to the challenge of defending the best player on the opposing team.
Weaknesses: Perimeter skills have some improving to do in order to be up to NBA-wing standards. Will struggle to take care of the ball at times, especially when trying to create for himself. Didn’t play his best when it mattered the most in the NCAA Tournament.
