Cavs Announce Signing of Richard Jefferson

The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed free agent forward Richard Jefferson, Cavaliers General Manager David Griffin announced today from Cleveland Clinic Courts. Per league and team policy, terms of the contract were not released.
