Danny Ainge: Isaiah Thomas Doing ‘much better’

Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge said that Isaiah Thomas is doing “much better” as he navigates rehab from his season-ending hip injury and believes he’ll have further imaging done in mid-to-late July to finalize next step, which could still include surgery. Ainge said the belief is Thomas will be ready for training camp regardless and noted, “that’s what we’re all hoping, that’s what we all think.”
