For the Nets, it was yet another damaging loss to their playoff hopes in the Eastern Conference as Brooklyn drops to 25-36 with Charlotte, Indiana and Miami ahead of them and Boston in the mix as well.

“No clue,” Deron Williams said of the Nets’ struggles. “I wish I knew. We just seem out of sync out there. We’re in a tough situation where we are fighting for a playoff spot and we are playing really badly. We take one step forward and two steps back.”
