Deron Williams Returns to Starting Lineup
The Deron Williams Sixth Man Experiment has come to an end.
The franchise point guard returned to the starting lineup for Saturday’s 97-96 loss to the Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, finishing with 13 points and six assists in 39 minutes after coming off the bench for the previous six games.
“I talked with the coaches and we thought this would be a good time to get him back in a rhythm with that first group,” Nets coach Jason Kidd said before the game.
