Hornets Reveal New Jerseys with ‘Jumpman’ Logo

It will be clearer than ever this season that the Charlotte Hornets are Michael Jordan’s team.

The Hornets unveiled new white and teal jerseys today — the latest in a series of team reveals connected to the NBA’s new uniform contract with Nike. But while the league’s other 29 teams will wear the Nike logo on their jerseys and shorts, the Hornets will wear the Jordan Brand’s “Jumpman” logo — a nod to Jordan’s status at the team’s owner.
