IUPUI fires coach Howard
IUPU-Indiana fired men’s basketball coach Todd Howard Sunday morning, the school announced.
The Jaguars went 6-26 overall and 1-14 in the Summit League. They finished the season Saturday with an 85-47 blowout loss to IUPU-Ft. Wayne.
“I would like to thank Todd for his dedicated service to the IUPUI athletics department and to our basketball program,” athletic director Michael Moore said in a statement. “He guided the program with great pride, effort and integrity.”
The Jaguars were 26-70 in three seasons under Howard.
