(F)or the first time since Feb. 27, (Kevin) Garnett was in a game, sneering and playing at an incredibly high level.
Garnett made his first four shots, even throwing down a two-handed dunk, finishing with 10 points and helping the Nets beat the Sixers, 105-101, Saturday night to snap a three-game road losing streak and win for the fifth time in six games.
Garnett made five of six shots and added four rebounds, a steal, block and an assist in 13 minutes. “I had to blow the cobwebs off some of the plays,” Garnett joked afterward.
