Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson will not play in the team’s next two preseason games due to a sore left foot, sources told freelance journalist Chris Haynes.

The Cavaliers are keeping Thompson out as a precaution, the sources said. He already missed the team’s preseason opener to rest the injury.
