Anthony Davis Makes Franchise History
(Anthony) Davis, playing a career-high 48 minutes, scored a career-high 40 points and had a career-high 21 rebounds, marking the first time in franchise history anyone has ever reached that statistical feat. He also had three blocks, making him only the eighth player in NBA history to have at least 40 points, 20 rebounds and three blocks in a game.
“When you go for those kind of numbers that’s a lot of God given talent,” (Coach Monty) Williams said.
