New Orleans Pelicans veteran center Kendrick Perkins said after Friday night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks that he will be out for two to three months with a right pectoral injury.

Perkins suffered the injury during last week’s game against the Golden State Warriors during the first quarter at the Smoothie King Center. The Pelicans have only confirmed that Perkins is sidelined indefinitely.
