The 76ers will sign Dewayne Dedmon to a second 10-day contract Friday, a league source said. The Sixers originally added the 7-foot, 255-pounder on a 10-day contract Jan. 14, making him the first player signed by the franchise since Dan Orton was waived Jan. 7.
