#24 Philadelphia 76ers: Timothe Luwawu

With the No. 24 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, the Philadelphia 76ers selected swingman Timothe Luwawu from France. He is 21 years old and is one of the best athletes in this draft class.

Luwawu was projected as a lottery pick heading into draft night, so this is a potential steal at the 24th pick for the 76ers.

Luwawu averaged 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.7 steals in the Adriatic league. He shot 39.8 percent from the field and 37.2 percent from three-point range.

It remains to be seen if he will come to Philadelphia next season or if the swingman will be a draft-and-stash prospect who develops overseas.

Earlier in the night, the 76ers drafted Ben Simmons with the first overall pick. The Sixers also have the No. 26 pick in the first round of the draft tonight.
