New York Knicks president Phil Jackson met with Mike Dunleavy about the team’s vacant coaching job, according to ESPN.com.

Dunleavy, 60, coached four teams in 17 seasons. His last job was coaching the Los Angeles Clippers from 2003-10. He is also reportedly a candidate for the Los Angeles Lakers’ job.

Dunleavy, however, is not believed to be Jackson’s top choice to replace the fired Mike Woodson.

Jackson had to scramble for candidates after his pursuit of Steve Kerr failed. Kerr ended up taking the Golden State Warriors’ coaching job.

Other reported Knicks candidates include Scottie Pippen, Derek Fisher, Tyronn Lue and Luke Walton, who all played for Jackson and are familiar with his triangle offense.
