The Cleveland Cavaliers assigned guard/forward Sergey Karasev and guard Scotty Hopson to the Canton Charge of the NBA Development League on Sunday.

Karasev is averaging 13.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.0 steals and 30.0 minutes in 18 games with the Charge this season.

Hopson was signed to a contract by the Cavs on March 31 and has appeared in one game for Cleveland this season.
