The San Antonio Spurs now have won six of their last seven Game 5s when leading a playoff series 3-1.

Tony Parker left the game with an injury in the second quarter, but the Spurs still had enough firepower left for yet another blowout victory, this one a 104-82 win over the Portland Trail Blazers that closed out the Western Conference semifinals in five games Wednesday at AT&T Center.

Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green each scored 22 points, with Leonard coming away with five steals and seven rebounds, to lead the Spurs to the Western Conference finals. San Antonio will have home court against either Oklahoma City or the Los Angeles Clippers, who play Game 6 of their series Thursday in L.A., with the Thunder up 3-2.
