The LA Lakers have been working on a Goran Dragic deal for several weeks, and news last night that Dragic wants out helps the Lakers’ cause a little.
Sources say the Lakers have presented several variations of offers – some built around the expiring contract of Steve Nash and a draft pick owed to them from Houston, others centered around big man Jordan Hill and every variation in between.
The Suns don’t seem overly interested in any of those scenarios, but to be fair the Suns were holding out hope they could sway Dragic into staying in Phoenix long term.
With the deadline approaching quickly, the Suns are back at the table with several teams and the Lakers at least on the surface seem ready to move if the Suns want to make a deal.
