Wildcat Andrew Harrison Expected to Play
While admitting his right elbow is still “in some pain,” freshman point guard Andrew Harrison said he expects to play today against unbeaten Wichita State.
The Kentucky guard hurt his arm late in Friday’s win over Kansas State. He briefly tried to return to the game before going back to the bench. He had a bag of ice on his elbow after the Kansas State win while at Saturday’s press conference he only had a protective blue sleeve on his right arm.
He said he had “been icing it” since the injury and UK officials were “taking good care of me” while he was going “day to day” with the injury.
