Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons did not play in Tuesday Game 2 amid concern that he might not be able to return to the first-round series against the Rockets.
Parsons sore right knee has not responded to treatment since he left the Mavericks’ April 2 game against the Rockets. He sat out the final six games of the regular season, returned to the lineup on Saturday, but struggled so greatly that Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said the team is “very concerned.”
