Ginobili Out At Least One More Game

The Spurs held out guard Manu Ginobili for Wednesday’s 109-98 win over the Denver Nuggets and also plan to hold him out of Friday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans because of bilateral hip tightness, the club announced.
