LeBron James: Too early to make Olympics decision

With LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavalier teammates are in Brazil to play an exhibition game Saturday against the Miami Heat, much of the talk has turned to the game’s best player and the 2016 Olympics, coincidentally in Brazil.
It’s just too early to make a decision, James said Friday.
“I’m undecided,” the 29-year-old James said. “It’s not until 2016. I got two years. I got a long time.”
Along with James, two other Cavaliers have been selected to try out for the Olympics. Forward Kevin Love, whom Cleveland acquired from Minnesota in the offseason, will join point guard Kyrie Irving as possible Olympians.
Irving, who will miss Saturday’s exhibition with a sprained ankle, said being in the “pool of guys is a great honor.”
Love already owns a gold medal from the 2012 London Games and relishes the idea of representing the United States again.
“Playing for my country has done a lot of things for my career,” he said. “It has afforded me a great opportunity to get better. Wearing the USA across the chest was a great way to feel patriotic. I hope that I have another chance in 2016 to be here.”
